ALPHA
is our range of
ALUMINIUM HOUSED BRAKE RESISTORS. These resistors
are insulated and can easily be mounted in compact constructions.
They are specially constructed for high pulse loads compared
to the average load. The nominal load can be improved by
forced air cooling or by mounting the resistors on a heat
sink.

Danotherm
offers 4 families of aluminium housed brake resistors corresponding
to 4 aluminium profiles: CA, CB,CCH and
CCR.
The CA. and CB. Types are supplied either in
a Horizontal or a Vertical version. Since the
Wattage of the resistors depends on the cooling conditions
(with or without heat sink) and the pulse load, the sizes
of the resistors are identified by the length of the aluminium
house.
