Visit us at PCIM Europe 2010
As usual Danotherm Electric will be exhibiting at PCIM.
The fair takes place from 4 - 6 May, where you will find us in:
HALL 12 – at stand 441.
At the stand we show examples of our comprehensive standard programme of brake- and effect resistors. This year’s news is to be found in our series of effect resistors type ALPHA.
The ALPHA resistors are known as a series of air cooled, highly efficient and compact resistors. These resistors are primarily used for pulse loads i.e. as brake and charging resistors.
We now present this type of resistors in a water cooled version well suited for compact solutions, which require a low surface temperature and removal of dissipation effect. Typical uses are for harmonic filters for wind power converters and frequency converters.
This year again we also show examples of newly developed types for use in wind mills, where we focus on uses such as “Energy Dump Resistors / Fault Ride Through Resistors”. On our stand we will show you examples of types, which can handle high energies and pulse effects (for example 2.5 MJ, 500 kW for 5 sec.).
