DAT - Dehumidifying
Danotherm DAT series heaters are designed for the dehumidification of cabinets that house electronic and electrical equipment. The resistors help to reduce the relative humidity inside equipment cabinets and thus prevent condensation on electronic devices.
The central heating element on DAT heaters is a power wirewound resistor that complies with MIL-PRF-18546 specifications. A thermal switch turns off the resistor when the temperature reaches 55 ºC. The surface temperature is limited to 70°C which allows easy assembling.
DAT heaters are available in two power ratings; 100 W and 150 W, and the standard operating voltage is 220VAC. Heaters that operate from 24 to 220 VAC are available on request.
Danotherm DAT heaters are IP20 rated and cooled using natural convection.
A clip is provided with DAT heaters that allow mounting on 35 mm DIN rails.
